Where does the UnMastermind take place?
FyreSavvy has access to over 275 mansions in Reunion, Florida (a very small city about 30 minutes west of the Orlando Airport (MCO)). Each mansion has between 10 and 15 king/queen ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple living spaces, pools, recreation areas, etc. We usually leverage 3-6 of these mansions side-by-side for our UnMastermind. We use one Mansion for work, one for play, and the others are your accommodations. This allows you to create the experience that is perfect for you.
What accommodations are provided at the UnMastermind?
FyreSavvy has access to over 275 mansions in Reunion, FL (30 minutes west of MCO Airport).
Each mansion has between 10 and 15 king/queen ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple living spaces, pools, recreation areas, etc.
We usually rent 3-6 of these mansions side-by-side for our events. We use one Mansion for work, one for play, and the others are your accommodations. This allows you to create the experience that is perfect for you.
You will discover luxury living with fully furnished private king/queen bedrooms rooms, private bathrooms, modern amenities, and a comfortable environment designed for relaxation and engagement.
Your accommodations are selected on a first come/first serve basis. We try to accommodate preferences such as floor or view, but with only 15 rooms, that is very limited.
How do I get to the UnMastermind from the airport?
Detailed directions and transportation options will be provided upon 2 days before the event, ensuring a smooth journey to our exclusive location. You can find all the details in our private Facebook Group and in your email. This information is automatically scheduled to be sent 48 hours before event start.
Tell me about the FOOOOOOOD! Are meals included?
VIP's have access to all meals, snacks, wine, alcohol, mocktails, cocktails, and beverages. General Admission is welcome to enjoy lunch with a non-alcoholic beverage.
FyreSavvy's private chef is Chef Jada Prince. To say her food is spectacular would be an understatement. I mean... people were excited about her making grits. LOL!
She crafts meals based on dietary needs, taste preferences, and her love of making amazing meals.
There is plenty of food, snacks, water, beverages, and the works to go around. As a VIP All-Inclusive Access attendee, you can look forward to the smell of warm coffee and tea, french toast, bacon, eggs and so much more filling the house in the morning... and that is just how we start your day. Bring loose clothing because Chef Jada and her sous chef, Gloria - will send your taste buds into a frenzy.
What about the wine? Is there wine? I heard there is wine.
Only VIP Members have access to it all. So yes - for VIP Members only. we have mocktails, cocktails, and of course WINE! Our Wine Concierge, Leslie Frelow, ensures that the food and wine pairings are to perfection. She curates wines from minority owned vineyards to deliver exciting new flavors and experiences to your palette.
There is always plenty go around. As usual, we ask you to drink responsibly.
Do you accommodate smokers? Vapers? etc.
The FyreSavvy UnMastermind Experiences are delivered on non-smoking properties. Smokers and vapers will have to go to designated smoking areas that are located off-property.
What if I forget something? Are there stores close by? Uber access? Do I need to rent a car?
We absolutely love that we can Instacart or DoorDash something and it is at our door within 45 minutes MAX! If you do need to go out there is a laundry list of stores from Target to Dick's Sporting Goods to Outlet Malls within 20 minutes. Remember, this location is only 20-30 minutes from Disney. So EVERYTHING is close by.
Most people grab an Uber or a ride with one of the members at the house. However, if you plan to be out for a longer duration, you may want to Uber or rent a car. Check out TURO.
How do I get to the mansion? What is the address? Which airport do I fly into?
The Mansions are located in Reunion, FL.
Via Uber, they are 30 minutes west of the McCarran Orlando Airport (MCO). It will cost about $40 one way.
The address to the Mansions are given 48 hours before the event.

Is there WiFi?
Absolutely! Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
Can I explore Orlando and Disney during my stay?
The UnMastermind schedule is intensive with lots of activities during the event. Orlando visits may be better enjoyed before or after the UnMastermind.
Are there any additional costs that I should be aware of?
If you are a VIP Guest, your registration covers accommodation, meals, and event participation. Any personal expenses outside of these are your responsibility. We will also have all your writing supplies, etc. Leave room in your luggage for functional swag.
If you are NOT a VIP Guest (General Admission Access), you will likely need to alot for a vehicle, accommodations, breakfast, dinner, and any supplies you will need during the UnMastermind.
Will I have time for personal relaxation or is the schedule very packed?
While the UnMastermind is intensive, we ensure there is adequate time for relaxation and enjoying the mansion's amenities.
What if I have special accommodation or dietary needs?
We will send out a questionnaire regarding meals and dietary restrictions. Please complete it in advance so we can make necessary arrangements to ensure your comfort and satisfaction during your stay.
What if I need to cancel? Or reschedule?
Because we are getting a location based on your commitment, the amount is non-transferable to another date and non-refundable. You can however send someone in your place.
Can I upgrade?
There are only 20 VIP tickets available. Once they are gone, they are gone. However, if you want to upgrade before the event date and there is availability, you can simply pay the difference. Upgrades at the event are possible, however, it is based on availability. Simply speak to a client concierge.
What happens after I buy a ticket?
You will get contacted by a FyreSavvy Client Concierge who will give you access to member groups, updated information, and even masterclasses.
